Do you stage my house if I’m living in it?

Yes! We love to help refresh spaces and re arrange furniture so your home will appeal to MORE buyers. We correct any floorplan issues with proper placement of furniture, so the buyers don’t even have a chance to think there is an issue. Just be ready for that offer to come in!
Do I have to pay for a consult?

Yes, we charge a small fee for consults - during our sessions we guide you on what to remove from the home, what to add etc. If you book staging we reimburse the consult fee!
